Thoughtfully -designed, low cost product really hits the spot !

After finding that misaligned floorboard fixing screws had compromised a domestic ring main, I was able to use two QUICKFIX JB-32 DIY PACKs to splice- in a replacement cable run.
I had already decided to use the Wago 221 connectors and I nearly bought two wago boxes to contain them, but found these instead. These are also BS5733 & 18th Edition Wiring Regulations -compliant but I found them to be a bit easier to use and the orange colour is more visible. As an engineer, I really appreciate the thoughtful design, good choice / use of material and the quality and precision applied to their manufacture (and a shout-out to whoever recognised the introduction of Wago connectors as an opportunity to provide their users with such a complementary product).

Always quick delivery and a great product. We use these over and over without issue. Would be great to see these capable of handing 6mm2 T&E Cable.

Great upgrade

The last time needed to wire up additional socket I’d used old style fittings, which are fiddly and hard route wires into..
Move forward with these new modern connections and what a breeze to use..
Set the wires, push the clips down and close the lid
Nice bright colour for future location
